Our Value: Honesty
Saint George's Day has been celebrated annually on 23rd April since 1222. George is the patron saint of soldiers, archers, cavalry and chivalry, farmers and field workers, riders and saddlers. It's also believed that he looks after those suffering from different illnesses.
Use one of the shield templates to decorate with images that represent St George. Why do you think St George’s day is still celebrated today?
