School strategic plan

The School Development Plan (SDP) is a tool used by the school to ensure we are improving and moving forward. This year we have three focus areas that thread through everything: staff meetings, book scrutinies, external advisors meetings, Governing Body meetings, appraisals, etc.

The focus for each SDP remains as ever on children and their learning and refining teaching so it is the best. Our experience is that the SDP annually drives continuous and embedded improvement across the school in every subject.
