Y6 TRANSITION SUPPORT

Dear parents and carers,

YMCA and Learning space are offering 2/3 sessions for a child, child and parent or just parent support around transition (only) into Year 7. 

Please refer to the below flyer to access one to one or online support for young people who have anxieties about moving into Year 7. Parents need to self refer.
