YEAR 5 & 6 CHILDRENS USE OF MOBILE PHONES ON THE WAY TO AND FROM SCHOOL
Dear Year 5 & 6 parents and carers,
Please can you remind your children not to congregate at the front of the school on their phones but to walk straight into school (and the same at the end of the day). Whilst we know the children enjoy their phones, they are primarily there to assure parents their child has arrived to/from school safely. Once children arrive at school, they should go straight onto the school site.

YEAR 4, 5 & 6 - INVITE TO THE THE ROYAL INSTITUTION'S SCIENCE TEAMS ‘EXPLOSIVE FOOD’ SHOW AT CATERHAM SCHOOL
Monday 19 May, 6.00pm in the Humphreys Theatre at Caterham School.
The Royal Institution Science team are bringing their fantastic show ‘Explosive Food’ to Caterham School and you’re invited!
This brilliant interactive show is aimed at pupils from Years 4 to 7 to learn more about food and its often explosive nature - Find out about the incredible amount of energy contained in the food that goes in your mouth in a show packed with exciting biology and chemistry demonstrations. This is a perfect event for pupils and their families to enjoy a fascinating introduction to the power of science. Expect a show jam packed with experiments, explosions and hands-on participation by the children.
