YEAR 5 LIFE SKILLS DAY

Dear Parents/Carers,

Year 5 will be holding their first Life Skills event on Thursday 23rd October. This will involve budgeting and raising money for year 5 resources.

The children will help to plan and carry out a fundraising bake sale on Thursday 23rd October. Since it is mufti day, can the children all bring in an apron as they will be baking things to sell. The sale will happen after school in the playground, led by Mr Murtagh and Miss Heath.

If you are happy for our child to help with the sale, please let your class rep know and they will let Mr Murtagh and Mrs Stow know.

Goodies will be sold for £1

As well as bringing in an apron, please can children also bring in some cake decorating toppings or packets of chocolate chips and cupcake cases. We will provide all other ingredient and we will be baking a range of goodies suitable for various dietary requirements.

We appreciate your support in helping the children to raise money for their year group.

CHANGE OF PE DATE FOR YEAR 5 

Dear parents and carers,

Please note there is a change of PE date for Year 5 next week:

Koalas and Pandas PE will both be Wednesday 15th Oct and Friday 17th October due to having the sports coach from Dunottar in on the Wednesday.

Both classes will also have their football PE lesson on Friday.

School uniform on Thursday 16th October for photos.
