YEAR 7 PLACES
Dear Year 6 parents & carers,
You will now have been informed where Surrey Council have offered your child a Year 7 secondary school place. We hope you have been offered your first choice and there is not too much disappointment.
Please:
- Formally accept or decline the place by Monday 16th March
- Respond to the email sent on Tuesday 3rd March informing the school office of your decision.
It would be appreciated if you could let me know where your child is going in Year 7 ASAP. The school need to ensure all your child's files and records and forwarded to the correct school, as it is a legal requirement.
If you have accepted a place at an independent school but have also been offered a place at a state school, please ensure you decline the state school place. By not doing so, you are preventing another child from being offered that place and are creating a lot of unnecessary work for the state school in question.

YEAR 7 SECONDARY SCHOOL PLACES
Dear parents & carers,
Year 6 parents will receive communication regarding the offer of their child's Year 7 secondary school place on Monday 2nd March.
Parents must formally accept or decline the place by Monday 16th March.
If you have accepted a place at an independent school but have also been offered a place at a state school, please ensure you decline the state school place. By not doing so, you are preventing another child from being offered that place and are creating a lot of unncessary work for the state school in question.

CHANGES TO PE NEXT HALF TERM.
Dear Parent and Carers,
Next half term, Year 6 have a series of workshops with a sports coach from Dunottar. These will be on a Wednesday morning.
For next half term Year 6 will be having PE on a Wednesday and Friday.
