OPAL PLAY FOR RECEPTION

Dear parents and carers,

Now that the Reception children have settled in and have formed friendships, we will start introducing them to OPAL play next week.

To begin with, we’ll open a small section of the MUGA so Reception children can play with Year 1. Over the rest of the term, we will gradually open more areas of OPAL play. The Reception area will remain open so children can move freely between OPAL play and the Reception outdoor area.

BUTTERFLIES PARENTS - MRS WANTENAAR: RECEPTION AND KS1 PHASE LEADER 

Dear Butterflies parents,

Mrs Wantenaar as the Reception and KS1 Phase Leader has weekly leadership time out of class on Tuesday mornings, when Mrs Young (very experienced TA) and Mrs Eggleton (another experienced TA) lead the learning.

On these mornings Mrs Wantenaar will be out on a Wednesday morning, for the other weeks she will be out on the Tuesday morning.
