LEARNING ABOUT THE PAST

Dear parents and carers,

Reception are going to be learning about the past in the week after half term. We would like children to bring in a photograph of themselves as a baby or toddler.

Please could they bring their photograph in (with their name on the back) before Wednesday 5th November.

UPDATING ARBOR CONTACT DETAILS

Dear Reception parents & carers,

Following the email sent several weeks ago, many of you have still not completed your Arbor records and we are missing the following key information:

the school need to have a 2nd and ideally a 3rd emergency contact for your child.
consents are to be accepted/declined.
if both parents are legal guardians, please ensure both legal and primary guardians boxes are checked.

Please can you log onto Arbor and update your record. Any problems please do let the school office know.

Your help and cooperation is much appreciated.

ENTERING AND EXITING THE RECEPTION ENTRANCE

Dear Reception parents & carers,

Please remember to use the pavement running around the edge of the KS1 building when collecting or picking up your children from Reception, ensuring your children are always supervised. In true British style, please create a queue on the pavement that snakes around the building and not gather in the middle of the carpark.

Please do not walk, stand or let your child play in the middle of the carpark because staff need to enter or exit the carpark safely in cars. Safety is paramount, so please remember to always use the pavement.

RECEPTION CURRICULUM MORNING

Please note a decision has been made to cancel the Reception curriculum morning originally scheduled for 23rd September. All curriculum information for Reception year can be found on the website; this approach is now in-line with the rest the school. Please use the below link to access.
