Daily exercise!

What fun activities can you do with your children to keep them fit?

Where possible go for walks, family jogs, bike rides, throw a frisbee, play catch or kick a ball.

 

Try and incorporate at least 30 minutes of exercise each day. Please don’t worry too much about the content of your PE lessons. Focus on fun activities that get your children moving.
