New After School Club
We are planning to run a new Eco-Club on Tuesday afternoon after school.
The club will run from 3:15pm to 4:00pm and will be open to Year 1 children for the first half of the term and Year 2 children for the second half of the term.
Numbers will be restricted to 12 children each half term and will be chosen on a first come, first served basis.
The primary role of the club will be to continue our Eco-Schools initiative and to form the Action Team. We already have the bronze award and are now working towards our silver award, which will involve creating an eco-code for the school, updating our action plan and communicating this to the rest of the school
To achieve the silver award our Action Team needs to include a parent or governor, so if you are interested and available Tuesdays after school please let us know.
Exciting activities for the first half term will involve making a Bug Hotel, to be situated somewhere in our new school garden. If you are interested please fill in the Eco-Club form and return it to the school.
